Aarta brings over 17 years of legal experience advising small and large clients in the United States, Turkey, the Middle East and the Indian Subcontinent on matters related to construction, infrastructure, education, real estate, and general corporate law. Prior to Chrysalis, Aarta's work as an attorney has included positions at a well-renowned specialist construction law firm in new york, the middle east offices of a major American "white shoe" law firm, and another top tier American law firm.

 

Aarta has represented:

• Government, semi-government, publicly held and private entities on large infrastructure matters including one of the world's longest cross-national crude oil pipelines, various utilities networks and airport projects.

• Individuals, public and private companies (including one of the world's largest education entities and the world's largest retailer) on various construction, education and real estate matters.

 

Aarta has been regularly appointed as an arbitrator on real estate and construction related matters. She has also been an invited speaker at various international law conferences and events in New York, Boston, Washington D.C., Vienna, Dubai, Tokyo, Buenos Aires, and São Paulo.
