Mornay schoeman

Mornay studied Interior Design and became a lecturer in art and design very early on and has been in Design Education for 26 years.

In her career, she has been a design lecturer, Campus Principal, Human Resource and Training Manager, Human Resource Director, Campus Director and business owner.

Mornay moved from teaching and lecturing, to managing people, to working with the complexity of people within a business, to directing systems, processes for business development.  All this having studied design.

Current Job title: HR Director for Inscape Education Group, South African, and the Campus Director for Inscape Education Management Dubai.

Design education has prepared her for the divergent process of creative problem solving and design thinking as it is applied to business solutions within a corporate structure.
