Gita Sharma has over 18 years of experience in the Learning and Development and Human Resources fields. She has particular interest in Talent Development and is committed to developing people to drive and support business strategy at all levels.

Sharma has been extensively involved in projects that require cross-functional knowledge and energy to design and deliver. She brings practical sense with a strategic internal and external focus to talent development, virtual learning and Leadership development.
 

She is currently working with 3M. She is responsible for Learning & Development in Europe and Middle East Africa region.

 

Prior to joining 3M, she has been in Learning and Development roles in an Oil and Gas company in Qatar, and an Academic scholar and lecturer in Universities in Canada and Qatar as Doctoral student, Management Consultant in KPMG Oman and Canada, and HR professional in India.

Sharma is a Chartered member CIPD, PH.D. (ABD) and MBA. In her personal time, she enjoys entertaining friends and family, reading and traveling to places.
