Dr. Syed Rizvi holds a Ph.D. in management from the University of Cambridge U.K. and is presently employed as visiting professor of Management at Ajman University. He has vast experience of teaching, administration and consultancy in U.K and U.A.E. During the last 11 years he has been a full time tenured track Professor at American University of Sharjah and at American University of Ras Al Khaima. In his academic career, he has won numerous international awards which include best paper award at European Doctoral Research Conference at Imperial College London and best paper award at world business conference at Sydney. In 2017 he was awarded USA Beta Gama Sigma best professor of the year gold medallion for his outstanding achievements in teaching and research. He is also the fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing U.K. as well as fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marine Science and Technology London. His areas of interest in research are trust, culture, entrepreneurship, business ethics and globalization. His passion is education and pastime hobby; golf and reading.
